Try first
Choosing a fragrance online is personal. If you're not sure which scent is yours, start with The Discovery Set, which lets you wear all five before you choose a full bottle.

Unopened items
You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, in their original box, with the seal or wrap intact. Please include your order number as proof of purchase.

Opened or used items
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used fragrance. All opened items are final sale.

Final sale items
The Discovery Set, samples, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Gifts
If you received an unopened item as a gift, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for store credit, sent to you by email.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email info@domainblack.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and the box. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. In most cases, you won't need to send anything back.

How to start a return
1. Email info@domainblack.shop with your order number and the item you want to return. Please wait for our reply before you ship anything.
2. We'll email you the return address and packing instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original box and the packaging we sent it in.
4. Ship the package by ground from a US Post Office, and tell the clerk it contains perfume. Fragrance is a regulated flammable item, so please don't ship it by air, or from the UPS Store or FedEx Office.

Return shipping
You pay the cost of shipping your return, unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund timing
We inspect each return when it arrives and issue your refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If a return arrives opened, used, or without its seal, we'll let you know and can't issue a refund.

Cancelled orders
You can cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet by emailing info@domainblack.shop. If we cancel an order, or you cancel because of a delay, we refund the full amount, including shipping, within 7 business days.
